Our MissionWhen I started brewing Maverick Ales, I started brewing beer. Once I learned that the hobby could be somewhat lucrative, I decided to cash in. Welcome to Maverick Breweries. We here at Maverick have one
goal... to brew what we love to drink. Started recently in the basement of
brewmaster Mike Capitain, we have expanded to his backyard. Our batches
come in small batches, making them few and far between. Due to our lack of
a brewing license, we cannot sell our products. Consider it a blessing.
